Agder Theatre Fjæreheia, the quarry in Grimstad

 The quarry, situated approx. 2 km from Fjære Church, is a unique outdoor venue with excellent acoustics. It has been the stage of Ibsen's plays as well as modern rock musicals since 1993. In 1999 a 1000-seat grandstand was completed.

Visitors  attending events will find amble parking by the church, 20 min. walk from the quarry.
