Political parties or groups who run for election in the councils had until March 31st 2023 to provide lists of candidates for their parties. The lists are public from that date and show who the parties have chosen as their candidates for representation. The ballots will reflect the lists.

For Grimstad municipality, the following lists have been approved by the council and are therefor eligible for election:
